A man with no
memory, Richard Crenna in the title role propels a story (an adaptation of
the Louis L'Amour novel) that dazzles the senses with its increasingly
mysterious plot line, passion, vengeance, and gore! One thing's for
sure, if one takes a shot at Crenna and misses, he's as good as dead, as a
boatload of liver lily, pumpkin pie eating, prom dress wearing, toe
smelling bad guys soon find out.
The film takes a myriad of turns and spirals in this complex mystery,
leaving us to ponder who the anti-hero toned Richard Crenna truly is, and
just who or what is a Rubal Noon---a name that would connect him to a
